Theme:

- Day 1:  Water Related Disasters
- Day 2: Open Focus on Disaster Risk Reduction

The conference will provide an opportunity to share research findings and different views, practical problems and experiences.

Although the focus is on Africa, DiMTEC endeavours to reach out to extensionists and other interested parties well beyond our borders. The theme has relevance for everyone involved in disasters.
