This side event will provide information on the progress being made in the development of the implementation plan for the 'Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS)' established by the World Climate Conference-3. GFCS guides the development of climate services that link science-based climate predictions and information with climate-risk management and adaptation to climate variability and change throughout the world.
