COP16 side event: World Climate Summit

The World Climate Summit is the business and finance conference accelerating solutions to climate change during the UNFCCC COP 16, in Cancun, Mexico this December. This conference is a new open and collaborative platform where the most inspiring, influential and innovative business, finance, and government leaders convene to collaborate, implement, and scale solutions locally and globally, during the next 10 years.

This global platform will help governments, companies, and investors build bottom-up solutions to meet 2020 targets. Participating government leaders, businesses, entrepreneurs and finance experts will have the opportunity to:

- Develop new business opportunities and define the business of climate change
- Meet, learn and network with other decision-makers, thought-leaders, agenda-setters, policy influencers in business, finance & government
- Communicate and present existing future solutions to stakeholders, including local and global media
