This conference aims to discuss climate change adaptation and resiliency, and disaster science in the Philippines. It also aims to bring together national leaders, local governments, financial institutions, and non-governmental organizations to discuss current and future adaptation and risk reduction scenarios, in the sectors of food and agriculture, energy, infrastructure, and coastal areas.
