General update on the UN GA discussion on DRR and preparation for the 2nd Global Platform Session 2009

Salvano's suggestion is to have presentations on the thematic plaform/inititatives of the ISDR in the briefing session since a couple of thematic platforms have improtant progress or conferences in near future.
