Dear Madam/Sir,

We are organizing two meetings with IPCC authors and stakeholders on Tuesday, January 18th at 9am and 4pm CET to present the progress of the fact sheets and discuss various options.

Parallel sessions discussions will be held to focus on the fact sheets about specific sectors (Cities-Buildings-Transport, Energy, Health, Tourism, Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, Water, Ecosystems conservation, Insurance, Risk Management). Your views and suggestions during the discussion will be very helpful to tailor the content and format of the fact sheets to the users need. We would be glad if you could join one of the sessions on January 18th.
