For life, for the future: Biosphere reserves and climate change
UNESCO’s programme 'Man and the Biosphere' (MAB) is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2011. On this occasion, an international conference in Dresden, Germany, will assemble representatives from politics, administration, science and practice to discuss the future of the MAB programme in times of climate change. More specifically the panel discussion XI. will address 'Climate change adaptation and mitigation through land-use' and will include the following speakers:
