General Purpose

Traffic participants have to understand and execute the program according to the issue of Gender Mainstreaming in Disaster Risk Reduction program with an optimal start of assessment, project planning through to monitoring, evaluation and reporting

Specific Objectives

1. Understanding the perspective of gender justice and gender equality in the prevention (risk reduction) disaster (PB / PRB)
2. Understand the basic concepts of gender in the context of disasters and development
3. Understanding the gender analysis and gender in the minimal standard PB / PRB
4. Understanding gender program funding
5. Enhance understanding of the perspective
