PLACARD Foresight Workshop – Reducing Vulnerability to Climate-Related Hazards
A two-day workshop to examine the long-term trends and priorities for CCA & DRR policy, practice and research.
The Foresight CCA and DRR workshop will:

- Explore the needs and priorities for improving interactions and maximizing synergies on forward looking activities between the two communities in Europe
- Assess opportunities to tackle the challenges (threats and risks) jointly to strengthen CCA and DRR institutions and to advance multipurpose solutions
- Develop recommendations for CCA and DRR policy- and decision-makers to navigate a challenging and uncertain future, benefiting from expertise and skills in both communities.
Intended Audience
Attendance is by invite only.
