Saritsa Foundation identified that women and girls are vulnerable and suffer most in disasters and due to impact of climate change in India.

Keeping this concern in mind, team of experts of Saritsa Foundation have been reaching to most disadvantage women including visually impaired women as well as women with other disabilities. About 95,000 women's and girls have been imparted Life Saving Education in past 14 years.

This workshop for two days has been planed to raise awareness and impart training to elite women of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, a public sector unit in Mumbai.
