AIMS International provides intuitive consultancy services in conflict, post-conflict and fragile environments. We work clients in the developmental, governmental and private sectors guiding them towards their respective goals.

The purpose of AIMS International is to provide a balance between international and local expertise in the best interests of the communities.

Contents

This unique simulation exercise will put the participants in a disaster situation, take them out of the comfort zone to open grounds and fields. It focuses on covering the following:

First reactions Activating the Communication Tree Business Contingency Planning Setting up camps Registering Disaster Victims

The simulation exercise then bifurcates in to:

Dealing with disaster victims

Saving lives,

Managing and providing shelter

Back office Management

Securing funds, working fast, communicating effectively as a team

AIMS International has once again come up with this one of its kind course.The participants should be prepared to come out of their comfort zones as this will involve physical stress, camping and openness.

The course will last for 4.5 days.1 day for theory, 3 days practical and half day for writing recommendations to the participating organizations.
