This 2-part webinar organized by the United Nations Environment Programme - Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) will explore the dynamics of climate risks and opportunities for businesses, including the significance and impact of climate risks with a focus on institutions in Middle East and Africa. Further, it will cover the implementation of climate risk initiatives and programs, with a deep-dive on the Task-Force for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. The webinar is suitable for professionals working in banking, insurance, investment, asset management, regulation, and anyone interested in the dynamic of climate risks and the linkage to financial institutions and business financial risks. On Day 2, the webinar will cover recent developments in climate risk management and the implementation of climate risk initiatives at company level.
