The Guyana Country Work Programme Workshop features presentations and workshops related to DRR with a special focus on the Country Work Programming process. Presentation topics include:

· Comprehensive disaster management, results based management and the CDM Country Work Programming process

· Performance monitoring and reporting - Links to the CDM Strategy and Programming Framework, the Sendai Disaster Risk Reduction Framework and other frameworks

· National disaster management system, national planning, reporting and approval mechanisms

· Gap analysis

· Draft logical framework Country Work Programme (CWP)

· Initial update draft logical framework Country Work Programme (CWP)

· Development of logical framework Country Work Programme (CWP)

· Introduction to constructing the Programme Monitoring Framework

· Constructing the Programme Monitoring Framework review

· Drafting the CWP – Filling the CWP Template
