Australia 'committed' to climate change aid

Talking at the UN Climate Change Conference in Doha, Quatar, Australia's Parliamentary Secretary for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, Mark Dreyfus told ABC Radio Australia that the country has met its financial promises made 3 years ago in Copenhagen to assist developing countries to adapt to climate change: "Australia committed $599 million of what was called 'fast start finance' back in 2010 and we have actually delivered all of the $599 million".
