Deputy Premier and Police and Emergency Services Minister Peter Ryan released the government's Green Paper – Towards a More Disaster Resilient and Safer Victoria - today in Melbourne, reports the Weekly Times. The 56-page document outlines the government's goals to update legislation, policies and emergency control structures to improve communication, training and preparedness for disasters across the state.
