Bangladesh: Maya leaves tonight for Japan to join UN conference

Disaster Management Minister, Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya, will lead the Bangladesh delegation at the conference Third United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (WCDRR).

During the conference, the Disaster Management Minister will, on the sidelines, hold bilateral and regional meetings with global leaders, focusing on the initiatives taken by the Bangladesh government to manage disasters.
