Bolivia, Venezuela join hands in disaster preparedness, response

Xinhua reports that more than 300 disaster prevention operations have been carried by Bolivian and Venezuelan joint troops over the past five years, as part of their mission to help those areas which are most vulnerable to the impact of climate change and natural calamities. The special task force was created after El Nino and La Nina plagued the region in 2007 and 2008.
