Are you looking to improve crisis preparedness and disaster risk management in your community? Would you like to use your local heritage to drive sustainable development and resilience? Apply now to join the RESILIAGE CORE Associated Labs!

The three-year RESILIAGE project, part of Horizon Europe, aims to enhance community resilience and reduce disaster risk by leveraging local knowledge and traditions. It focuses on five key 'heritage' practices: Adaptive Governance, Health and Well-being, Active Memory, Social Interaction and Inclusiveness, and Socio-economic Resilience. These frameworks guide community-based strategies for effective disaster management and climate adaptation.

By transforming local knowledge into actionable insights, RESILIAGE fosters sustainable development through innovative methods. The project's approach ensures that communities can better prepare for and respond to crises, making them more resilient in the face of natural hazards.

What are CORE Labs?

CORE Labs are local hubs where communities collaborate to create, test, and implement disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation strategies. Each CORE Lab focuses on one of the five 'heritage' practices, fostering community engagement and solution development tailored to local needs.

Each CORE Lab investigates one of the five local 'heritage' practices or innovation frameworks.
