Caribbean: Regional countries urged to continue lobby on climate change issues

A communiqué from a special meeting of foreign ministers, held in Dominica this week, urged regional countries from the Caribbean “to mainstream climate change concerns into development planning at the national level and further urged that the Working Group on adaptation within the climate change negotiations keep disaster risk reduction issues as a central part of its discussions”.
