Chinese vice premier stresses anti-drought efforts

Chinese Vice Premier Minister Hui Liangyu addressed the importance of disaster prevention in the north of the country, Heilongjiang province, a region which suffers from drought in a three days inspection visit reports the ChinaView.

Mr Hui called for more effort to fight drought and for the construction of drought-resistant facilities, together with improved technology.
