Cuba: Holguín to hold annual hurricane preparedness activities

The province of Holguín is organizing a community hurricane preparedness activity on 16th and the 17th of May, says the English version of the Ahora newspaper. The event is part of the Meteoro 2009 and is set up to happen before the hurricane season starts. During the first day, response and recovery plans for disaster risk reduction will be distributed and assessed.
