Trabajos de infraestructura se aceleran en el país antes del inicio de las lluvias para evitar inundaciones.

Según Xavier Casal, el presidente del directorio de Cedegé, "Este año las lluvias nos cogieron desprevenidos, pero esta vez hay una preparación”.
