Foro APEC prepara plan de prevención de desastres

Desde que las economías integrantes del Foro Asia Pacífico declararan la reducción de desastres un tema "prioritario" en su ultima reunión realizada en Lima en noviembre pasado, Perú tiene a su cargo implementar una estrategia común ante desastres, según informó el Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (Indeci).
