Timeframe

Open until 29 January 2021 at 23:59 CET.

Attention

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a holistic approach on disaster relief and preparedness seems more vital than ever in order to compensate (in-)direct effects on economic development and growth of ODA countries. Thus, the ISF especially welcomes project concepts targeting the sectors most vulnerable to effects of the pandemic, such as critical infrastructure, emergency relief and financial support of (M)SMEs.

How to apply

In the download section of the ISF’s website, you will find the mandatory Concept Idea Template to submit your project proposal, as well as further guiding documents regarding the funding and eligibility criteria.

Before submitting your Concept Note, please pay close attention to the provided overview.

Eligibility

The ISF supports the development of innovative and sustainable climate risk insurance products in countries of Latin America, Africa and Asia eligible to receive official development assistance (ODA) with grand-based co-funding of up to EUR 2.5m in order to improve the resilience of households living on less than USD 15.00 Purchasing Power Parity a day.

Support

The ISF will host two Q&A sessions in December 2020 and January 2021. Interested parties wishing to attend are cordially invited to reach out to ino@insuresilience-solutions-fund.org for further information.

For any further questions and / or enquiries about the ISF, please reach out to info@insuresilience-solutions-fund.org.
