Invitation to help us design the best capacity development services on climate change for humanitarian professionals
RedR is an international capacity-building NGO that provides training and technical support to NGOs, aid workers and communities responding to natural and man-made disasters all over the world. In the organisation, we are in the process of enhancing our portfolio of trainings and services on climate change to meet the growing global market demand.
We adopt a human-centred design approach to ensure that the needs and perspectives of aid workers and communities are considered throughout the design and implementation of our program, thus this survey is out first step to align our capacity development services with the needs on climate change of humanitarian and development professionals.
We consider your input to be of foremost importance to build a well-informed and evidence-based portfolio that is up to date with today’s most pressing needs so humanitarian and development workers can design innovative and context specific solutions to climate change.
We invite you to answer a survey on Aligning capacity development needs on climate change of humanitarian and development professionals, which will remain open for answers until March 12th.
Also, please feel free to share it with your broader network working on climate change and/or humanitarian responses, as we will greatly benefit from a wide array of answers.
