The Tehran Times reports that while speaking at a UN press conference on the occasion of the World Humanitarian Day in Tehran, UNICEF representative Paul Hulshoff 'named disaster risk reduction and emergency preparedness topics of concern to UNICEF and said the fund will increasingly engage in climate change adaptation, risk mitigation, early warning, preparedness and emergency response in order to reduce the impact disasters can have on vulnerable people, especially children and women.'
