Japan helps Vietnam prevent flood disaster

The Japanese Ministry of Land and Infrastructure has sent six experts to conduct a survey on floods in Vietnam. They have asked local authorities to identify specific areas affected by flooding in order to propose preventive measures and plan roads for the evacuation of people from flood-prone areas.
