Edgar Guillaumin, Presidente del Comité de Logística de American Chamber of Commerce, señaló: 'Los industriales deben preguntarte cuál es la mayor probabilidad de un fenómeno y de qué tipo, si está en una zona sísmica por ejemplo; de dónde se traen los insumos, por carretera o barco. Esto sirve para tener puertos alternos y poder responder de forma inmediata ante un desastre,' según CNN Expansión.
