Myanmar: Shelters on the agenda after Mahasen's near-miss

Following the devastation of Cyclone Mahasen which hit Myanmar in May, government officials acknowledged the need for cyclone shelters in Rakhine State and they also call for improved early warning systems, reports Myanmar Times.
