Nepal: Private sector to work for climate change adaptation

Corporate houses in the country have expressed commitment to perform key role in climate change adaptation, according to the news agency República.

“Institutions like ours can provide corporate houses new opportunities to contribute their resources in programmes that benefit our environment and the communities at large,” said Naina Shakya, fundraising and external relations officer at ICIMOD.
