More than 500 practitioners and policy experts in 10 developing countries in Africa and Asia have contributed to a new guide 'Climate Smart Disaster Risk Management'. The production of the recently launched guide was coordinated by Christian Aid, the Institute of Development Studies and Plan International. It aims to be a highly practical guide for risk managers to improving local and national resilience to climate-related disasters.
