Nicaragua: Simulacro de un sismo de la misma magnitud de 1972

A casi 36 años del terremoto del 23 de diciembre de 1972, el Sistema Nacional para la Prevención, Mitigación y Atención de Desastres, Sinapred, realizó un ejercicio donde se simuló la devastación provocada por un sismo de 6.7 grados en la escala de Richter.

Según Ramón Arnesto Soza, Secretario Ejecutivo de Sinapred, "las fallas y deficiencias que tengamos se convertirán en nuestras líneas de trabajo para superarnos en el futuro."
