Oxfam: encouraging change in mindsets, attitudes in Pakistan

Neva Khan, Country Director of Oxfam GB has declared to Business Recorder that Oxfam is 'in the business of encouraging change in mindsets and attitudes to achieve development in areas which need it the most,' in Pakistan. Oxfam wants to encourage disaster risk reduction measures among others in this country.
