Reporting on a recent World Bank mission to the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (Erra), the News International cites the 'partnership as an example to turn disaster into opportunity', according to Lt Gen Haroon, and that efforts to mainstream disaster risk reduction into Erra were made possible by the Bank's capacity building support.
