Philippines: Accord signed on 'climate' adaptation fund access

The Manila Bulletin reports that the Philippine’s Climate Change Commission has signed an agreement with the Land Bank of the Philippines to gain access to an international climate fund that will ensure the country’s adaptation to the effects of climate change.
