Philippines: Adaptation critical to become 'climate-resilient'

The Philippines Climate Change Commission (CCC) will make sure that aggressive adaptation measures will be advocated in all levels of governance and will sign this month a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the United Nations (UN) in the Philippines, says GMANews, further highlighting an effective experience of local governance addressing adaptation and disaster risk reduction to be replicated in all provinces.
