Philippines: Fund sought to pursue climate-change adaptation measures

In the wake of recent floods and landslides, early passage of House Bill No. 3528, also known as the 'People’s Survival Fund (PSF)' is sought to help local government units adapt to climate change with a long-term, predictable fund dedicated to adaptation programs of local governments and communities.
