Two days before Typhoon Dodong makes landfall, government agencies activate their disaster risk reduction and management systems, reports Rappler. Local governments will be “more than 90% crossing 100%” prepared when Typhoon Dodong , whose international name is Noul, makes landfall in Isabela on Sunday, May 10.

This is the assessment of the Department of the Interior and Local Government during the pre-disaster risk assessment meeting of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Friday, May 8.
