Philippines: NEDA signs agreement with UP on climate change adaptation

The Bulletin reports that the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and three campuses of the University of the Philippines (UP) recently signed an agreement to put together strategies on climate change adaptation and to organize a P11 million earmarked budget series of programs aiming at delivering outputs on climate change impacts in the country, covering agriculture, forestry, health and water sectors.
