'Philippines need to invest more in climate change adaptation'

Philstar.com reports that 'the Philippine government and the civil society have been implementing climate change adaptation measures' as the country's disaster risk increases in a changing climate.

The report further asserts that the government needs to put more funds in climate change adaptation as the increasing disaster risk impacts the country's economic, ecological and social sectors.
