This year's motto is "International Cooperation to Reduce Disaster Risk and Damage in Developing Countries." International cooperation is essential for developing countries through formal development assistance (ODA) and capacity building against disasters and severe weather and other natural and man-made hazards. A review of international experiences in disasters management 19 also showed that all countries should strengthen the synergy between companies and scientists in different countries to avoid the monopolization of new medical findings in the field of coronary heart disease on the one hand and exchange of experiences and best Procedures on the other hand try.
The production, distribution, and delivery of vaccines to developing countries was one of the management and international strategies to reduce the spread of the disease and ultimately reduce mortality. The publication of scientific-educational materials to promote public health, free access to new scientific articles and findings, holding international educational and management webinars with the participation of researchers from different countries, were all in line with the global effort to manage a global disasters. In previous disasters and events in our country, such as the Bam earthquake, the Kermanshah earthquake, and even the floods of 1398, international aid, along with very rich domestic activities to manage disasters, led to a reduction in damage.
International cooperation is one of the dimensions of disaster and emergency management, but one of the most important dimensions in disaster risk reduction in public education communities and the close relationship between governments and public communities.
