Tanzania: Need for effective education on disaster management

According to Masozi Nyirenda for IPP Media, Tanzania needs to have proper plans for the effectiveness of disaster or emergence management system. Nyirenda mentions that there are four phases identified throughout the literature in disaster or emergence management, which include mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Nyirenda specifically urges the country to improve the early warning and urban planning systems as well.

Nyirenda is a Specialist in Education Management, Economics of Education and Policy Studies.
