Thailand: Business council advises disaster plans

According to the Bangkok Post, the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) calls for Thai businesses to incorporate natural disaster risks in their risk management plans and for the government to empower a single agency to take charge of natural disasters. "[Businesses] have to outline measures to cope with natural disasters, especially floods as they happen every year, though usually not so severe as this year," declared TBCSD chairman Prasert Bunsumpun.
