UK: Drought declared in East Anglia, with other parts on brink

Environment secretary Caroline Spelman is currently attending a 'drought summit' with major water users as England and Wales face worst dry spell since 1990, reports The Guardian. The Thames Water company has urged precaution on water usage saying that although its reservoirs are almost full, it is too early to predict future weather patterns.
