Viet Nam: Community involvement may help mitigate 'natural' disasters

"The Government has developed a national strategy to cope with climate change and mitigate natural disasters by 2020, but how to turn the strategy into a reality is another question" said Institute for Studies of Society, Economics and Environment director Le Quang Binh in an interview with Dai doan ket (Great National Unity) newspaper.
