While announcing the national climate change strategy and climate change and sea level rise scenario for Vietnam, Minister Nguyen Minh Quang, of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), said the Vietnamese Government has ratified the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and Kyoto Protocol and is completing legal documents on the control and mitigation of natural disasters, as reported by Tuoitrenews.
