Thailand: Floods are a wake-up call

The Bangkok Post suggests that Thailand should learn from past lessons to cope better with the the next disasters. Storm surge and flash floods hit the South of the country recently. That is why, an effective early warning system and a political decentralisation might be crucial for natural disaster management.
