At the World Urban Forum in Medellín, resilience takes centre stage

'We have been talking about the resilience of infrastructure, and that's very important – but if there aren't any people, it doesn't matter if the infrastructure is resilient or not. This is the foundation of resilience,' said Margareta Wahlström, chief of the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction at the World Urban Forum in Medellín, Colombia, as reported by The Guardian.
