'We need resilience' - UNDP head

"I think the critical thing is to support countries building the maximum resilience which is possible for these disasters" said Helen Clark, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) head in an interview with ABC Radio Australia, on reconstruction efforts in Pakistan and the recent devastating earthquake in New Zealand.
