To assist people who have been affected by the occurrence of a disaster, with speed, professionalism, humanity and brotherhood, and to improve their prepararedness and response level in an effort to contribute to the prevention and mitigation of the impact of disasters.
Our goal is to provide sound tools and technology to all organizations working in DRR to improve their capacities to achieve their objectives
To achieve the above mentioned goal we have developed the following programs.
- Programme of continueous education in humanitarian assistance and risk management
- Programme of disaster preparedness for local governments
- Programme of capacity building and institutional strenghening for volunteer firefighters and rescue organizations
- Latinamerican community of preparedness and disaster interventions

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
